WORTH THE RISK (Harvey Kerrigan): Led mid-race, eased and beaten on merit when 5 1/2 lens 2nd in 30.54 here Nov 22. Again showed pace but outgunned from the back straight when 6 1/4 lens 3rd in 30.39 here Nov 29. Speedy but take on trust.

 

WARRIOR ASSASSIN (Noel Ovington): Finished distant last of 3 in 30.32 S/Trial here Nov 29. Cannot recommend.

 

YALLAH THUNDER (George Micallef): Slow to begin from box 3 and finished 8 1/4 lens 7th in 27.03 at Bulli Oct 17. Locally trained but prefer to see at local debut.

 

MISS VOLTAGE (Andrew Drapiewski): Down the track in three starts since 1 1/4 lens 2nd in 22.94 Richmond qual Oct 2. This is not tough and rates a mention.

ZAMBORA DROGBA (Frances Scerri): Solid effort when 3 1/4 lens 2nd in 30.39 here Nov 29 at debut. Better drawn now and will be improved.

 

MURRAYVAR JET (Robert Murray): Beaten on merit when fading 2 3/4 lens 4th in slow 30.89 here Nov 29. Tested again.

 

CLAPPO (Loretta Rice): Runner-up in 6 of 10 starts before landing slow 30.89 maiden win here Nov 29. Mixes box manners and this is tougher. Place preferred.

 

JUNK HOUSE JIVER (Robert Arnold): No threat when 12 lens 4th in 30.39 ht here Nov 29. Awkwardly drawn and placed in just 4 of 18 starts. Happy to risk at this stage.

 

ONE WAY SPLIT (Karen Midson): Improved sharply to land 30.39 all-the-way win here Nov 29. Moves away from the rails alley but has the time on the board to get the job done.

 

CRASH HOT (Wally Lutiger): Not a quick beginner. Made ground late when 1 1/4 lens 2nd in 30.89 ht here Nov 29. Will need luck to feature from this alley.

 

EXCITING WISP (John Norris): Placed for the first time in four starts when 5 3/4 lens 3rd in 30.39 ht here Nov 29. Lacks genuine pace and minor claims are best again.

 

MISS MEANDER (Gary Sadler): Came from last to finish 2 1/2 lens 3rd in 30.89 here Nov 29. This has more depth and looks to have the job ahead.

 

RECKLESS BANKER (John Ashe): No threat when 6 lens 5th in 30.89 here Nov 29. Not featured in three recent starts here. Looking to others.

 

AJAY'S TEARS (Seymour Vassilakis): Poorly performed in each of 8 starts incl 3 here. Cannot recommend.

WINSOME REWARD (Mary Spiteri): Lacks early speed. Never likely when 10 lens 5th in 30.18 here Nov 24. Minor claims best.

 

ELITE CHIEF (Victor Hokin): Trailed the lead to the turn and finished best to score by a neck in 30.50 here Nov 29. Up in grade but this is not tough. Commands respect.

 

KOUTU ON FIRE (Cliff Bell): Unable to get across from box 8 and could only manage 4th in 30.54 at WP Dec 3. This is far more suitable and hes posted 8 of 11 career wins here. The one to beat.

 

YALLAH COWGIRL (Rose Parrish): Finished strongly to post 30.48 win at Nowra Nov 16 then 5 lens 3rd in 29.91 here Nov 2. Drops in class on latest 5th in 30.54 at WP Dec 3. Right in contention.

 

SMOOTH TRAP (Wally Lutiger): Sparingly raced in recent times. Back from a break when 8 1/4 lens 3rd in slow 31.47 Richmond S/Trial Nov 9. Others have stronger claims.

 

LITTLE ELITE (John Moore): Moderately performed since landing 30.34 all-the-way win here Jul 19. Latest box manners have not been flash. Others preferred.

JACOB'S RUN (Wally Lutiger): Faced one rivals when very slow 23.50 Richmond S/Trial winner Nov 13 at first start from a long break. New here and the betting will be the best guide.

 

LITTLE FEATHER (Kevin Herring): On the pace t/out when 3 3/4 lens 2nd in 17.35 here Nov 1 at only outing. This is not tough and drawn to get every chance.

 

MARY'S ACHIEVER (Eric Grunske): Battled on without threatening when 3 3/4 lens 3rd in 21.21 at Nowra Dec 1. Well held in two starts here last month. Tested again.

 

SHE IS LOVE (Robert Arnold): Still looking for a win after 27 starts (7 placings). Struggled in easier class at Nowra over 520m in recent weeks. Looking to others.

 

YALLAH TARGET (George Micallef): Not a quick beginner. Failed in three starts since 10 lens 3rd in 26.93 at Bulli Oct 10 when on debut. Happy to risk at this stage.

JUDD'S OSTI (Peter Shield): Had this alley when 30.65 all-the-way winner at Nowra Dec 1. This is tougher yet can show pace and commands respect at local debut.

 

ANGEL ALI (Rose Birrell): Never a factor when 16 lens 7th in 20.80 (best) at Nowra Nov 24. Wins have been well spaced and minor claims are best.

 

YALLAH FLIGHT (Rose Parrish): Well supported but only moderately away from box 3 when battling 7 3/4 lens 3rd in 30.30 here Nov 29. Landed 30.28 win here three starts back (Nov 15) and hard to beat on that effort.

 

FRANKS MELODY (Bryan Canellis): Lacks early speed. No threat when 5 1/4 lens 5th in 36.18 over 618m at Richmond Nov 19. Looking to others.

 

DREAM FOLLOWER (Lynette Tsohalis): Old stager which has managed just 9 wins from 100 lifetime outings. Gets back early on and not expected to worry this lot.

 

SKY'S AWESOME (Elsie Trio): Cut down in the latter stages when neck 2nd in 30.39 here Nov 29. Reliable beginner which has the pace to handle this alley. Should not be far away at any stage.

 

ALL BEN (Mark Azzopardi): Down the track in three starts since landing 26.09 Goulburn win Oct 20, Well placed in this grade having won 4 at WP incl 30.04. Must be respeeted on best form.

 

JESSICA WHO (Vince Davies): Not done much since landing 16.39 Appin maiden win Jul 28. No threat when 11 lens 6th in 21.06 at Nowra Nov 24. Tested again.

 

OPONONI GIRL (Cliff Bell): Not raced since finishing 21 lens 5th in 30.20 here Aug 23. Lacks early speed and others make more appeal.

EXCELLENT SHOW (Robert Arnold): In good form at Nowra before 11 lens 5th in 30.28 at Gosford Nov 6. Freshened and better drawn now. Each way.

 

FOUR STRAIGHT (Stephen Wadick): Strike rate is poor and finished 15 lens last in 29.96 over 508m at only start here 20 months back. Others preferred.

 

KATIE KRUMPER (Krystal Player): Landed 26.35 maiden win at Goulburn Nov 24 then 5 3/4 lens 5th in slow 26.77 there Dec 2. New to this trip and looks to have the job ahead.

 

PADDY'S ON FIRE (Pat Kenny): Failed twice since landing 31.11 Richmond win Sept 24. Not a quick beginner yet suited in this class. Can measure up given any luck early on.

 

DAISY DAY (Allan Manwaring): No threat when 9 3/4 lens 4th in 30.30 here Nov 29. Well held in each of three starts since landing 30.46 win here Nov 1. Will be afforded no mistakes.

 

BUNGALA BALE (Ian McFarlane): Finished 16 lens away when 3rd in 30.60 S/Trial here Nov 29. Previous Canberra form had been mixed. Take on trust.

 

TRIP AND FALL (Jeanette Fuller): Overcame a slow start to land 30.15 Gardens win Nov 30 in far tougher class. Risky beginner but tough to beat given any luck at all.

 

MISS FIESTA (Andrew Drapiewski): Led from box 2 and posted 26.30 Potts Park win Nov 10 before 20 lens last of 5 in 30.39 there Nov 17. Well held in three starts here. Take on trust.

WATTLE BLOOMING (Robert Arnold): Improved sharply to land 30.57 all-the-way win at Nowra Dec 1. Finished poor 6th in 30.07 at only start here Sept 6. Take on trust.

 

BUCK HOBBLE (Lynette Tsohalis): Outclassed when distant 7th in 31.26 at Richmond Dec 3. Risky beginner which finished 11 lens 7th in 30.41 at only start here Nov 1. Tested again.

 

PRINCE ANDALONG (Mick Player): Never a factor when 8 1/2 lens 5th in 26.30 at Goulburn Nov 24. Lacks early speed and this middle alley does not help at local debut. Others have stronger claims.

 

GO WILD PARIS (Ian McFarlane): Consistent placegetter at Canberra before 14 lens 7th in 30.30 here Nov 29. Slow to begin last time and can improve that aspect. Gets another chance.

 

TRUSTED SPIRIT (Mick Player): Raced on the speed when 2 1/2 lens 2nd in 21.08 at Nowra Dec 1. This is far tougher and has won only 1 from 29. Happy to risk at this stage.

 

JUST FOR MAG'S (Anton Lauric): Bulli and Nowra form had been poor before landing 26.32 Goulburn win Dec 2. Not a quick beginner and prefer to see at local debut.

 

ELUSIVE SPIRIT (Mick Player): Had box 5 when 6 1/4 lens 4th in 20.17 at Goulburn Nov 24. Wins have been well spaced and this 520m trip will test. Looking to others.

 

DEADWOOD STAR (Mick Player): Lacks early speed and placed only once in 5 starts here at this distance. Cannot recommend.

CHARM FOREVER (Joe Formosa): Untroubled when 30.21 (best) all-the-way winner at Nowra Dec 1. Boasts a solid middle distance record but can mix box manners. Trifecta chance.

 

MUSKY (Steve Westman): Slow to begin from box 7 and never in the hunt when 11 lens 5th in 30.82 (best) at Richmond Nov 26. Lacks early speed and minor claims are best.

 

SHEER GOLD (Tracey Mullins): Managed only 1 win from 33 lifetime outings. Rises in class on 10 lens 5th in 37.13 at Nowra Dec 1. Others preferred.

 

DARK BLUSH (Sue Holland): Beaten on merit when fading 8 1/2 lens 6th in 43.05 over 720m at WP Dec 1. Back to a more suitable trip but this middle alley does not help.

 

LAGER FLASH (Col Williams): No better than midfield at any stage before finishing 3 1/2 lens 5th in 34.70 here Nov 29 at 600m debut. Must improve to feature.

 

MALTESE BORGIE (Mark Azzopardi): Worked to the line strongly when 3 1/4 lens 2nd in 30.23 at WP Dec 1. Looks well placed at this trip yet will need a little luck early on to measure up.

 

HIGHWAY ZIP (Doug Martin): No threat when 9 1/4 lens 4th in 30.21 (best) at No0wra Dec 1. Strike rate is poor and not expected to worry this lot.

 

TOKEN FAST (Len Polidano): Saluted only once in 18 starts and latest Richmond and Lithgow results uninspiring. Looking to others.

 

RACE 9

 

DAISY ROSS (Terry Kennedy): Led from box 7 and landed 20.14 win over 350m at Goulburn Nov 17. Followed with 7 1/4 lens 4th in near record 19.94 (best) there Dec 2. Ideally drawn and can measure up.

 

HELLUVA LESSON (John Ashe): Improver which landed 17.35 win over 287m at Lithgow Dec 1. Rises from maiden company and new here yet must be respected.

 

DISPLAY BONUS (Evelyn Harris): Landed 10th career win from 25 starts at Gardens Nov 30 in a smart 23.90 (best). New here yet well placed on grade. Right in contention.

 

CHOOK BANNER (Darrell Watson): Had box 2 when smart 17.06 Lithgow winner Nov 17. Suited at this distance but new here and this middle alley does not help. Each way.

 

GINO (Allan Manwaring): Accounted for moderate opposition in slow 21.37 maiden win at Nowra Dec 1. This is far tougher. Will be afforded no mistakes at local debut.

 

LAW OF AVERAGE (Rose Birrell): Finished best to land head win in steady 21.28 at Nowra Nov 24. Mixes box manners and this is a lot tougher. Others preferred.

 

FINE MOTION (Len Polidano): Short-course specialist which has won her past couple at Lithgow in top grade over 287. Effective from outside boxes but new here. Each way.

 

TELLE SOPHIE (Neil Falk): Back from a break when fading 7 3/4 lens 4th in 30.50 here Nov 29. Showed genuine pace to lead from box 4 last time but really faded late. This is more suitable.

 

ALL DARKNESS (James McFarlane): Beaten on merit when 9 3/4 lens 4th in smart 29.96 (best) here Nov 8 and now resuming. Place claims best.

 

ALL BLACK BONUS (Evelyn Harris): Led for a long way when 2 lens 4th in 24.19 at Gardens Nov 30. Old stager which is suited at this trip. Rates a mention at local debut.

HOGGRO (Frances Scerri): Posted very slow 31.06 maiden win here Oct 11 before 10 lens 5th in 30.65 here Oct 18. Resuming in tougher class and minor claims are best.
